Change Password:

1. Login to UseROSS and go to the Property Settings page.
2. Scroll down to the Account Password section at the bottom of the page.
3. Enter your new password.
4. Enter your new password again in the Confirm Password section.
5. Click on Save Changes and the new password will be activated.

Forgot Password:

1. Open www.useross.com.au and click Login at the top right of the screen.
2. Click on Forgot Password at the bottom of the screen.
3. Enter the e-mail address which you use to log-in to UseROSS.
4. Press Submit and a new password will be sent to the e-mail address you entered.
