The copy function should be used when you want to copy all the changes in one room type from one channel to another channel for the same room type. Below is the process for the copy function:

1. Login to UseROSS and go to the Rooms tab.
2. Scroll down to a Channel you want to copy the rates and availability from (eg. Book Now Button)
3. In the copying dialogue column click on the copy button
4. When a new window opens up click on the dropdown menu  of “To Channel” (eg. Booking.com)
5. In some scenarios you can also select the “To rate plan” depending if you have a rate plan set up.
6. Click on the Copy room link (This will copy all the rates and availability from Book Now Button to Booking.com)
